The applicant must demonstrate high academic performance and engagement in scientific activities, including:
• Good or excellent grades.
• Participation in scientific competitions, conferences, and seminars.
• Preparation and publication of scientific articles (if available). -

The applicant must pass an interview with the selection committee and take a specialized exam based on the scholarship requirements.

The Center for International Programs is an important government institution created with the aim of supporting applicants in international education.
The Center was established based on the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan from December 31, 2008, No. 671, titled “On the Creation of the State Institution Center for International Programs.”
