SIGNING A COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH OXFORD INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION GROUP TO EXPAND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR TAJIK STUDENTS
In line with the educational vision of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, H.E. Emomali Rahmon, and with the aim of enhancing international cooperation in higher education and providing new academic opportunities for talented youth, a representative of the State Institution “Center for International Programs” held two high-level meetings with the leadership of Oxford International Education Group (OIEG) – one of the most reputable private educational organizations in the United Kingdom.

The first meeting was conducted with OIEG Deputy Director Ms. Laura Guga-Voyce. The discussions covered the enrollment of Tajik students in international universities, their living conditions, social support, and potential avenues of cooperation. Both parties expressed readiness to collaborate through various formats, including university pathway programs.
The second meeting, held with OIEG CEO Ms. Lil Bremermann-Richard, concluded with the signing of a formal cooperation agreement after reviewing key areas of mutual interest.

According to the signed agreement, students from Tajikistan will now be able to access top-tier universities in the UK, Northern Ireland, the USA, and Australia via OIEG’s support mechanisms. This partnership is expected to significantly enhance academic quality, improve study conditions, and broaden the global outlook of Tajik youth.
